Hi, playback of recordings will freeze for a few seconds and then continue, also some recordings will "glitch" and miss a few seconds of the broadcast. I have done the "resets" (except those that remove the recordings, there are some we want to keep). So, how do we get the recordings off onto another device and how do we fix the problem? Cheers

Recordings cannot be transferred from the device. If the maintenance reset does not resolve, there could be some corruption on the drive. In this case the only option is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu and test some fresh recordings.
