My programmes stutter intermittently and an HDR prompt comes up in the right top screen. How can I stop this

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

The HDR logo comes up when a 4k TV or 4k programme is being streamed. This is normal.

 

As for stuttering, this could be due to a variety of issues 

 

Are you using the HDMI cable supplied with the box? Older cables are not capable of sending 4k content to the TV.

 

Try rebooting your router 

 

If these don't help, then try factory resetting the box to ensure there are no bugs in the software and / or the apps.
