You have sent me a new tv hub but it does not record or replay as the old one does. You have said this will cost £3 per month extra. I am sending this box back as I can't work it. Wil you make sure that this £3 p/m is not added to my future bills. Thank you.

You'll need to call in or use Chat to get the fee removed from your bills, @BrynTroon, as it's an aspect of your contract (not a boost) so can't be done by forum staff.
