why can we not get tv with my package

i would stay with talk talk IFwe could get tv at a good price.

Hi

 

TalkTalk TV is not available with some City Fibre packages currently, but if you do call our customer loyalty teams directly they can check what is available to you on your current package.

TV should be available to add via My Account.

 

If you are at the end of your contract phone the loyalty team for a renewal quote and ask for TV to be added.

 

Price negotiations and add ons cannot be conducted by staff on the forum so even if you only want to add TV and can't see it in my account, you will need to phone
