When will I receive the £100 Tesco voucher that I was promised as part of the renewal process.  I was told that I would be sent an email.  It is now 30 days since I signed up and I have not heard anything.  The offer of a voucher is part of the contract and all details should be made explicit at the time of the offer.  As it is, I feel that I have been conned.  In future I will insist on full details (in writing) of any offer before agreeing to a renewal.
