Was in the process of leaving to go to Vodafone. Got a phone call and was offered a contract match with a £50 gift card, refused that. Phone operator went up to a £100 gift card so I agreed. Since agreeing my new contract has started but I have never had any email confirming I'm getting the £100 gift card. I just need someone to check my account and make sure I am fully signed up with the correct email to receive the giftcard. When the phone operator was confirming the email address for the gift card he was firing back at me each letter in phonetic alphabet speak which was pretty baffling.
Would be nice to have an update on delivery of gift card if possible aswell.

Thanks for the info Arne. I was also just wondering if he had got my correct email address as he was a fast talker and he was rattling my email address off in phonetic language. I'm always a bit weary of phone conversations and giving info over the phone in case of any mistakes.

Sorry mate. My new contract commenced 16th September so a couple of weeks ago. Just thought I should have had confirmation of some sort somewhere. Be that email or on the talk talk online account. As I say when he was confirming my email address he rattled it off dead fast in the phonetic language which was a.bit baffling.
