Hi,
I haven't received my £25 voucher after the upgrade to Full Fibre. I waited the full 45 days and then got in touch with giftcloud support as directed in the email. It's been over a week and so far giftcloud are just sending placeholder emails.
Any chance of giving them a prod?
(I checked spam folders etc...)

Try this. Eventually I received a payment from TT via CEO office. Voucher never did appear. I won’t bother recommending new potential customers; too much hassle.

Thanks. Hopefully I’ll get the voucher for £50 that was promised for recommending Talk Talk to a neighbour soon (and that she’ll get her voucher too for signing up with Talk Talk).

I’m still waiting 7 weeks even after having contacted Giftcloud and opened a dialogue with one of their agents.
Have you emailed gift cloud?
However it seems that TT and gift cloud have poor communication with each other so trying to get either, or both, to action this satisfactorily is problematic
