£30 Plan change fee. Miss-selling.

Hi,

 

I have recently renewed my contract as it was coming to an end.

 

My latest bill has a £30 Plan Change Fee added.

 

This is an error.

 

Please can an OCE correct this charge.

 

It was never mentioned during the renewal phone call, and therefore is a serious miss-selling breach.

Hi @bananarama1

 

The agent is supposed to add a welcome credit to cancel the admin fee, they have not done that I will sort that out today.

Renewals up to 90 days before the end of contract should not trigger an admin charge, @bananarama1.

 

Definitely needs checking. Staff will reply during the day.
