Hi 👋 

I'm still waiting for my joining voucher..! After joining as a New customer, through my Mothers TalkTalk contract.! My mother was told she would be getting one too.!?

Did you receive an email from us with a link to flag your account as referred from friends and family?  until this link is completed the vouchers are not generated. 

 

Check your spam/junk folders.

You'll see that I explained how to put your mother's details in the Private Notes section of Personal Information. 

 

Please let us know when you have done that.

 

It must NOT appear in the public thread.

@Karl68, I have removed that number from the subject heading - please only put significant information like that in Private Notes. You'll find that at the end of the Personal Information section, which you also need to complete. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add information and scroll down to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Was this the refer a friend scheme?
