Hiya I joined 23/03/2023 with 500mb FF and £75 voucher within 45 days.
I have not received this I have contacted live chat and attempted cs through twitter.
1st cs agent was awesome told me he was escalating as I should have received it in 45 days,
2nd cs agent then told me 60-90 days
3rd cs agent said 60, I asked again now its 90..
I'd like some clarification as to this, and maybe getting some help sorting this out, as I'm expecting 90 days to roll on and it go to 120,
Also I jave checked emails and junk/spam folder and nothing there

I've done it again, just incase where should I be putting it as i dont see an option for it, but I have put where I think it should go

I still cant find anything, your account number should start with a 1 and is usually 10 digits, are you able to log into My Account you should be able to find it there.
