Amazon Echo Dot Promotion

I signed up to a broadband package in May this year which included an Amazon Echo Dot.

 

However, it is now August and I still have not received a promotional link from Talktalk in order to claim the Echo Dot  from Amazon.

 

I have queried this by phone with Customer Services on several occasions, but to no avail.

 

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?.
