Hi,
Recently spoke to member of retentions team and renewed my fibre 65 contract, and was promised a £70 amazon voucher.
However have received no email (yes even in spam) and no confirmation of renewal,or anything really.
Just looking to get this sorted out thanks

The confirmation email and contract information should have come through pretty quickly, @proudgoose713.
If it's not actually been processed, you'll need to call 03451 720088 and start all over again.
Staff can check this first you.
The vouchers take a much longer time to come through - over a month minimum.
Staff respond on here during the day, Monday-Friday.
