Hi,
I have a long thread under Full Fibre entitled 'Full Fibre Nonsense'.

I was without internet for around 7 weeks. I already had full fibre installed by City Fibre 2 years ago. However for some reason, when I agreed to upgrade from Fibre 65 to Fibre 500, my fibre 65 was switched off and therefore no internet until Openreach installed another full fibre box on 17th March 2025. This did not work as the fault was on the pole across the street. Finally on 26th March a very nice and knowledgeable man came and sorted us out. It's been great ever since.
Today I received an apology email from TalkTalk with compensation of, wait for it.......£12.48!
Can someone in billing please look at this for me. 7 weeks with no service for £12.48? I wish it was that cheap but we all know it isn't. Come on TalkTalk, a reasonable compensation is required here for no service and being messed around on several occasions ie no show.
