I need to advise you of a bereavement. I cannot get through on the phone number which is advised on your website. I have rung it several times and get transferred then cut off. This is a Shell Energy account which was recently taken over by Talk Talk. Can you give me an email address or where I can write to someone?

Sorry to read of your loss.
As Gliwmaeden2 has said this has to be done by the bereavement team.
All I can advise is to persevere on the phone.

Other than route for support, everything connected with Shell Migration customers is being directed back to the Shell Migration team. That is still the usual 03451 720088 number.
It's open 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday and till 6pm on Saturdays.
