Bill paid restrictions not lifted cant talk to anyone

I was restricted due to late payment of bill. Friday morning bill was paid in full. I'm still without Internet. I've tried speaking with talktalk but no human available. What can I do?  Router has been switched on and off.

Once payment has cleared you need to turn the router off for at least 30 minutes to start a new session.
