Hello, does anybody have any idea why my bill has gone down? I still have 11 months to go on an 18 month contract and my bill is usually £41.85 per month for 900mbps, this month my bill is £34.08 and on my account it small credits for the past 3 months and that the amount is £39.99. On the package page it says that the amount is still £41.85, I am a little confused

There was an error on the billing system this month causing the bill to be reduced, this will be fixed on the next bill. #
