I have no words !! The customer support is beyond disgusting! Put through to 6 different departments in 62 mins . Have spent a total of 9 hours of chat and telephone calls in 2 days  they owe me £88 for a service I have not received. No fibre put in cancelled / reinstated/ cancelled/more text messages from them saying my order is cancelled! Apparently my fault the whole time despite the fact I have a paper trail to prove otherwise ! Needless to say I’ve given up tonight set up sky omg soooo easy !! I have lodged a complaint through Resolver and had an email from talk talk stating 

we are sorry you are leaving us how can we make you stay ….. one answer . YOU CANT !! Bye bye Talk Talk and good riddance !!
