If I have a £25.00 credit, why am I being asked to pay £11.23 and my phone is switched off?

Im slightly confused Is this a mobile account? Your Broadband account is in credit and your next bill hasn't been produced yet.

Check whether a previously discounted boost has expired, so now charged the full amount, @severus.
Also, end of contract date?
Your bill should be fully itemised in My Account.
