I am unable to log into my account. I am trying to log in as I have been disconnected and it won’t accept the password.

@RachaelTaylorEyre, if you were disconnected because of problems with payment, check out the information on this page:

You'll see that there's a special phone number for making a direct payment - you don't have to go through My Account.
Phone lines for support are closed now. Open 9am - 6pm Saturday, not open Sunday. Chat is open both days.

Have you called Customer Services about the disconnection?
Landline calls to Customer Services on 0345 172 0088 are free from a TalkTalk home 'phone but otherwise are at a standard landline call rate.
Mobile calls to Customer Services on 0203 441 5550. Text Relay Service is 18001 then 0345 172 0088.
