I am trying to access my latest bill, but all it tells me is "loading" and after awhile, just shuts down, any suggestions?

I have had the same issues as you @fredvogel and have got round them in the same way as you - with my mobile phone. But I agree the issue with the website should be addressed.
I use the firefox browser.

Can access billing information via mobile phone and home TalkTalk.
This leads me to think there is a setting of some sort that requires attention.
I have tries clearing cookies/cache and thai has had no effect.
No contact from support team as yet and I am not sure how to finds the on-line "chat" facility.
As I mentioned earlier, when had information, issues the suggestion was to delete my browsing history,which seemed to cure the problem.
Any further suggestions would be very helpful

Tried accessing account using my mobile phone provider and now able to see all billing, including latest bill.
The last time I had issues with any TalkTalk information problems, one of the customer services advisors suggested clearing ALL browsing history on Google, which seemed to cure the problem.
I am reluctant to do this at present, so any further advice will be be appreciated

Used Google and Bing/microsoft and still "loading" , but no access to latest bill or billing history.

OK, the support team here should pick this up tomorrow, let's see what they advise.

Now cleared cookies/cache and browser is always "Google".
At present, after shutting everything down and logging in to Talktalk, the recent bill and billing history just keep loading, but not appearing.

I believe there were issues with My Account earlier, but it is definitely working for me now. Clear cookies/cache and try again, let us know if you're still stuck.
