I can see that the account is fully disconnected and there is no outstanding balance A final XERO balance bill will be sent to you to confirm this.

@Kerrywills99, how did you go about the cancellation?
A switch to Virgin requires you to tell Talktalk yourself, so doesn't work like the normal Openreach switches.

I'll move this to the billing section for staff to check what is going on, but you cannot process cancellations through the forum. It always requires a call to 03451 720088, rather than Chat, as Chat always then has to arrange a callback to complete the process.
