I cancelled my account months ago, sent my equipment back as you requested yet I am still being billed. This is starting to have an effect on my mental health. Can you please delete my account immediately.

Staff probably won't be back on the forum now until after the weekend, and they although they may be able to check on the status of your account, they can't process cancellations.
If the cancellation doesn't appear to have gone through, I think your best bet is to contact customer services again by phone.
