Cashback declined using TopCashback

Hello all,

 

I joined talktalk in November and have had great service so far. Unfortunately, there has been one slight negative though.

I joined up through TopCashback, which had the offer of £100 back for FasterFibre Broadband. It seems that this hasn't been processed for some reason even though TopCashback has tracked.

Please see attached screenshot as proof.

I have noticed that a couple of resolutions have been made previously, similar to my case.

Any help at all would be gratefully appreciated.

Awin have validated the order as of 28.01 so the cashback should appear shortly.

Strange that this has been declined from November when I am still waiting on a payout for October!

 

It says confirmed but is not pyable yet, should I be worried?
