Hi,
so I had an issue at the beginning of this year where I had no landline connection for weeks. Eventually TalkTalk sent out an engineer and the issue was resolved on 31st January. After waiting well over 30 days I still haven't heard anything from TalkTalk regarding compensation due to me for the loss of service.
I realise I'm going to have to badger TalkTalk in order to get this compensation. Does anyone know who I need to contact to discuss this issue without using the AI bots?

I have asked the Auto compensation team to pick this up.
Once the investigation is complete you will receive an SMS/Email.
