No delivery charge for the eero 6 router was mentioned when I spent 50 minutes on a call with TalkTalk to sign up for another 18 month contract for broadband and phone.
But I have just received a "Welcome to Full Fibre" email saying there will be a one-off charge: Equipment delivery charge: £9.95. I did not agree to this as I was not made aware of this.
