Hi,
Wandered online to my account today, only to be greeted with a message to say my payment is overdue since 19th September and to make a card payment.
I have been checking my account almost daily since I have another support issue running. The notice was not there yesterday.
I checked with my bank and the DD was effected on 19th September. You have received payment. Is this a glitch in your system or something else please?

Your September bill was taken successfully, your current bill is due anytime today (16th) the alerts in My Account have been known to be erratic. As far as I can see there are no issues on your account.
