Echo Dot Promotion

I switched over to TalkTalk at the start of May and was told that I would receive a code to redeem for an Echo Dot within 60 days. That deadline has been and gone and the only email I've had since then about it has said it's "taking longer than expected" with no explanation. How can I get my code and actually receive my Echo?

The codes are linked to an amount of stock which amazon have earmarked for the TalkTalk promotion this stock has ran out so we are waiting for new stock which we have been assured will be replenished ASAP,
