My contract ends at the end of this month. I brought a router from talktalk about 5yrs ago as the original router was playing up. I paid about £25 for it. I'm not getting any clear answers from the live chat or the person I spoke to when I notified them about leaving about returning my equipment. I have told them I brought it from talktalk but all I'm getting if I don't return my equipment I will be charged around £50. I don't think I have the original router as it wasn't working properly, hence why I brought a new one. Can anyone help with this please?

Moving this to billing for you, @Laurence71.

If you paid for it, I can't see how then charging you for it would be anything other than theft!
