Executor bill payment

I need to pay the final bill for my dads account but I can't log on to his account to pay it as it has been shut down. When I try to phone the bot thinks I am trying to pay for my own talk talk account and eventually it hangs up on me. I was hoping for some advice on what to do?

The online account should still be active if there is an outstanding balance , can you add your dads account number to your community profile and I can start to help.
