So, on the 13th Jan I was upgraded to Full Fibre for free. I was subscribed to Fibre 35 and, because of my location, the fastest speed I could get was circa 12mb download with a 1mb upload. Now, with Full fibre, I'm downloading at 75mb with an upload of over 100 MB! Great, except, my account says that I'm on 'Fibre 65 Data Only' and that the contract ended on 17/1/23 - my Fibre 35 contract should be ending in May this year as I signed an 18 month deal in Nov '21. Please would you advise on this?

You are on Fibre 65 data only package, but part of the upgrade was to keep your current contract end date, which is 25/05/2023.
