Hi
My final bill is now available to view. However my account states my next bill is due to be available on 23 March 2025. Why is this the case when I have left and you have applied all charges due to the bill raised today? When will my account be updated to reflect that my account is now ended as I left on 10/2/25 and no further payments are due or will be taken, notwithstanding the final direct debit which will be taken next week?

Did you get a reciept/proof of postage when you dropped it off? You can post that in here because it won't include any of your details.

Wait for @Arne-TalkTalk to pick up this message and give you the OK to send a PM, @Clare811.
Otherwise he might not pick up the PM.
You'd take a photo of the barcode/ tracking number and send it or copy the numbers.
Clicking on Arne's name will open up the area to attach and send the message.

Don’t know how to do that. However the equipment has its own coding & shoukd be marked on my account as returned. Has this been updated on my account. I have already checked Royal Mail I don’t need someone else to do that obviously.

You don't need to provide any details in public, you can send a PM to Arne with the Post Office tracking number on it.

I FINALLY received a returns bag after 3 requests and I returned the equipment in the bag using the OT code last Monday. When do I receive confirmation that you have received it? Don’t ask me to provide you the code because this is a public forum and you already have the information as you sent it to me!

Hi Clare811
Once this bill is paid, there is a one more bill on the 23rd March will be the final zero balance bill showing your payment.
Hope that makes sense.

@Clare811, read this article:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Your-final-bill/ta-p/2205229
It might be simply that the next bill will show receipt of the money you have paid and no new charges.
Having a "bill issued" is not the same as being charged for something but more a matter of showing everything correctly recorded.
