Hi,
I left TalkTalk yesterday. Please advise how and when I will receive my final bill and when I can expect to receive my returns bag.
i wish both matters to be dealt with promptly with no errors involved.

Ok, but this is the 4th time I have asked when will the bag be posted? I shouldn’t have to keep asking and chasing when I left on the 10th and I could end up waiting 42 days for a bag that didn’t turn up! I wish to return my equipment ASAP and I will not accept being charged when I have asked several times. WHEN WILL THE BAG BE POSTED?

The returns department allows 42 days usually for equipment to get back to them, so if the bad hasn't arrived by the end of this month, you still have plenty time in hand if it needs chasing.
All these things are slower in the post than they used to be.

Ahh ok You left on the 10th, but paid upto the 23rd, cancellation fee's have not been generated yet, i think you had 7 months left so any overpayment will be taken out of those charges

Are you able to tell me why there is a credit as I was expecting early termination charges upon leaving?
Also, please can you confirm when I can expect to receive the returns bag?

Your next bill is produced on the 23rd which should show a credit to be refunded.

It depends rather on your billing cycle compared with the leaving date, any overpayment or further charges due, @Clare811:
