I'm on a fixed price plus contract but I've just received this month's bill and they have increased my price.

I had an email a few months ago saying prices would be increasing but I was assured on here and live chat that as I was on a fixed contract my price wouldn't increase. Can someone look into this for me please.

Thanks.

HI garytastic

From what I can see your fixed price plus ended December 2024, and an email was sent to advise you price will increase by  £1.43 in March

Did you receive this ?

@garytastic, have you checked that no discounts have expired?

Sometimes they don't exactly match the length of the contract.

Has it increased by the amount mentioned in last month's thread?

This is a link to that:

If that's the case, something has gone wrong with their Fixed Price Plus deal promise.
