I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a promised gift card that I have yet to receive. From TalkTalk When I was considering leaving, I was offered this incentive to remain with their services. However, despite fulfilling all necessary conditions, the gift card has not arrived.
It appears this issue is not uncommon, as I have seen similar complaints from other customers. This is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on TalkTalk’s commitment to its customers.
I hoped for a swift resolution to this issue but after several emails I have never even had a response. It seems like a con. So TalkTalk please contact me

Gift cards take 42 - 90 days to come through, depending on the deal, so can't be chased up until that waiting period has happened.
If cookie traces have been cleared, it takes longer to find, but staff do keep following up for customers on here.
