Gift Card

Hi there,

When setting up my new account, it was with a gift card that was supposed to be sent out after 90 days.

I believe the account started in November 2023 but I have still received no gift card by post or email.

I can see several threads with the same query.

I’m still waiting even after having contacted Giftcloud and opened a dialogue with one of their agents. 
Have you emailed giftcloud?

However it seems that TT and giftcloud have poor communication with each other so trying to get either, or both, to action this satisfactorily is problematic
