Can anyone from support do a quick check to see where my reward card has gone as it's well past the 45 days from service going live

@Beggsy, this thread is old, but also, staff much prefer you to start your own topic for this sort of support issue.

Staff will respond after the weekend.
It usually takes a minimum of 42 days (30 working days) for vouchers to come through. Some are 90 days, so it may not be quick.

Hi, I was told I would receive a £80 voucher for renewing my talk talk account. I have been with talk talk for many years but about two months ago I cancelled my account hoping to get a better deal elsewhere. I came back to talk talk on the understanding of a reduced tariff (which I got) but so far I have not received the voucher. I would be thankful if you could advise me on this matter. Thanks.

The gift card was on your site. (I did go through topcashback but that's a completely different cashback and nothing to do with TT)
After you enter details under https://new.talktalk.co.uk/address then it used to list all the products available in like three columns.
At the top in yellow it then said cashback card would be available.
To be honest I cannot remember the value but it was part of the reason I choose TT as helped reduce to overall monthly cost. (I think it might have been £75?)

Did you sign up through a 3rd party site (ie comparthemarket) ?
