Giftcloud Voucher

Hello,
I have been waiting since Nov 2022 for my £125 Amazon voucher. On 14.05.2023 I was promised by Alvin on mychat that I would have my voucher within 24 hours. That was 8 days ago and still no voucher. Giftcloud are still saying they are still waiting for TalkTalk to confirm I have completed my purchase.
Can someone from TalkTalk please advise.

Hello Arne, It has been over three weeks since Alvin from TalkTalks mychat service promised this would be fixed within 24 hours and a couple of weeks since I heard from you. I understand you have to rely on Giftcloud getting back to you, but their website is saying they are still waiting for TalkTalk to let them know I completed the order.
I don't know who is messing up, but is there no one at TalkTalk who can get this resolved within a reasonable time period. So far It has been well over double the 90 day maximum that TalkTalk promise, with no sign of being any closer to getting my voucher.
Please advise.

Thanks for that. As I have been waiting for my voucher for over 150 days, well beyond the maximum 90 days, can you let me know how much longer it will be?

Thank you that's perfect, Vouchers can take upto 30+ (maximum of 90 days), I will chase this up in this instance.
