It’s been more than 90 days, I have emailed giftcloud multiple time they have ignored me or simple told me to send an email to this account
I have sent multiple emails to the address above, a week or so has passed and still no reply. The amount of my time that has been wasted trying to solve this issue makes me wish I had never switched to talktalk in the first place. Fuming at the lack of customer service, wasting my time!
If there are so many people complaining about the same thing and telling you that they are being ignored why is nothing being done to fix this?
