Giftcloud voucher not received

I hope someone can help here. I renewed my Talktalk contract and part of the renewal was that I would receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher within 30 days of contract renewal. The 30 days is up and nothing from giftcloud(ami surprised??). I have emailed twice. no reply not even an automated message from Giftcloud.

Is there anyone on this forum can escalate this for me as this gift voucher was part of my contract

I have copied the small print from my renewal underneath. As you can see it plainly states that the gift card will arrive within 30 days of contract renewal.

 

"Your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card voucher code will arrive within 30 working days of your new contract successfully processing. You then have 150 days to redeem your voucher code. If your Gift Card voucher code hasn't arrived or you are having issues redeeming then you should check the contract has processed and it’s 30 working days+. Then email Giftcloud customer care directly at:"

 

As I say I have tried emailing giftcloud with no success. Is there anyone on this forum can help escalate my claim.

It would not normally be within 30 days, @david7892003. That's an absolute minimum. 

 

Staff respond on here during the day (Monday to Friday).
