HAVE NOT RECEIVED £50 AMAZON VOUCHER

I was in the process of leaving Talk Talk and ended up receiving a call from you offering me a deal to stay. I ended up signing up with Talk Talk for another 18 months and was promised a £50 Amazon voucher within 90 days. I haven't received anything about this, can one of the mods please look at this? I tried to chat online however was an extremely difficult process.

Hi @Arne-TalkTalk , similarly to the others here, when renewing at the beginning of April I was promised a £100 Amazon voucher within 90 days. I have still not received anything so would be grateful if you could follow this up.
