I cancelled my contract on 25th July in accordance with your instructions, however I find that I was still billed for £70+ and still waiting for the equipment to be picked up, I have tried to query this several times now, with no success. Please help, as I need the fees refunding, the equipment to be picked up and records to be updated properly.

Talktalk doesn't pick the equipment up.
When you cancelled you would have been told to return it and they would send out a prepaid returns bag for it.
How did you cancel?
