Hi 

I currently phoned on 28tb of March to register for wifi.

 

engineer date was arranged, no one attended.

 

I have received wifi box and unfortunately when I registered for wifi the lady has noted down the wrong email address so I have not received my login in details?

 

I have also had a debit out my account today that does not seem correct.

 

can some one please guide me, my home address is

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

@KimberleyDuff, it's really important that you never display personal information details on the open forum. 

 

I've removed them from public display. 

 

Please complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account/order.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; put your landline number / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Any additional information in Private Notes, at the end of that section. 

 

SAVE CHANGES. 

 

I'll move this to the billing section of the forum, as most of these problems seem to be to do with setting up your account correctly. Once that's all been checked, they can look into what happened to your date for going live etc.
