How do you remove the calls boost please? I cannot find how to do this, and the instructions from TalkTalk text chats does not work. They haven't a clue.

You should be able to do it via My Account, but sadly this hasn't been working properly for a while. The support team here will pick this up as soon as they can when they are back online from Monday.
