I have complained to every e mail and address I can find for TalkTalk and even spoken to someone who either seems unwilling to accept the issue or is to dim to understand the problem. It clearly states that in the account settings you can manage your settings. In mine I cannot remove the UK call package I want to do this immediately. Can someone help? As even the almighty is failing me with TalkTalk.
