Incorrect renting of a movie charged

I'm not sure how I can contact the relevant person as the phone lines and not available. I apparently rented the new trolls movie yesterday morning. The problem is that everyone was still in bed when it was rented! Unless my 1 year old escaped out of his cot, rented and watched the movie and got back in bed and went to sleep before we woke? Nobody has clicked to watch it and yet my bill is showing a £15.95 charge for the rental of a movie?! I wouldn't even buy a movie at this rate, let alone rent one. How do I go about getting this taken off my bill as it is clearly a mistake? Thanks
