I have switched to another ISP and phoned TalkTalk to ensure they would close my account and issue a final bill.
The support agent informed me that the new ISP needed to issue the "cease notification" before TalkTalk would close my account and before TT will stop billing me.
My online account is showing that my telephone is "disconnected" and since TT sent me an EMail on 5JAN2025 containing text: "Other provider has let us know that you're thinking of switching broadband providers" I have followed the correct switching process giving the required Notice.
Please could a TT staff member confirm that you have received the "Cease notice" and arrange for a "Final Bill" to be created.
Also please confirm or arrange for an Equipment Returns "bag" to be sent to me so that I can return the TT Hub.
