why Live Chat and view bill is not working? it won't load in firefox and Chrome. anyone having the same problem? is there a email I can send talktalk?

I can assure you Live chat does work, but you need to make sure pop-ups and permissions are enabled. They will be closed now anyway. If you need further help please start your own topic and maybe explain what your issue is.

Talktalk customer service has got to be the worst I have ever encountered. Website does not work on my browsers Firefox and Edge, ad blockers etc off. Try calling on telephone, to be told please go to website to deal with issues ??? Around and around we go !
Live chat has disappeared ? How do you get to speak to a human ?

The issue is usually caused by pop up or ad blockers being active in the browser.
Disable them, alternatively try a different browser.

Yes, I've had this problem since the middle of last year. I contacted Customer Services who told me I needed to contact Technical Support and supplied a link. However I can't load Live Chat - it just goes on "Loading" forever without getting anywhere, the same as when I try to access my bills. Another problem I have is that the e-mail I receive each month telling me that my bill will be debited in a few days is supposed to have a box with a link to My Account and other services but the box is just blank. That's been going on for longer than a year. Iain
