Ive been trying to access the live chat this morning and where i would usually click to start the chat and it just says loading

Hi Connor 27 , I am attempting to access live chat to resolve a payment date change made by TT again, without my consent, but live chat seems to have a malfunction and will not let me in. Probably overloaded with complaints of a similar nature.
