I have been locked out after several unsuccessful attempts to login after resetting password.
I started the day by trying to reset my password using Forgotten password link. This said I had a to use my recovery email associated with the account. After a couple of tries using the mobile verification I was able to reset the password.
However I tried to login in again using Tiscali email and new password and it said there were technical problems. I have just tried again without success and am now logged out.
Please help.

If you go to the webmail site apps.talktalk.co.uk Sign in and follow the forgotten your password link you should be able to reset it.

I am locked out of my tiscali email account. Can you send me am email to reset it.

OK, I have just noticed you have posted twice, but earlier you did say that this related to My Account. So I am moving this to the Billing section where you will get more appropriate support.
Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
