Migrated from Shell broadband but unable to register due to old account

Hi, I was migrated to talk talk after merging shell broadband with talk talk. But post that move I have no way of accessing my account. I am unable to register as new account as well. Could you please help me with that? Sorry @Arne-TalkTalk tagging you as I saw you on another post helping someone..

Can you try and register your new account now, I've removed  the old account information.

I have moved this to the Billing section for you where I am sure Arne can help.
